Renowned scientist Jane Goodall Revealed Aspiration to Send Musk and Trump on One-Way Trip to Space
After dedicating years researching chimpanzee behavior, Jane Goodall became an authority on the combative nature of leading males. In a recently released interview documented shortly before her passing, the celebrated primatologist revealed her unique solution for handling certain individuals she viewed as exhibiting similar traits: sending them on a non-return journey into outer space.
Legacy Interview Unveils Candid Thoughts
This notable viewpoint into Goodall's thinking emerges from the Netflix production "Last Statements", which was recorded in March and preserved confidential until after her latest death at 91 years old.
"I know persons I'm not fond of, and I wish to place them on one of Musk's spaceships and launch them to the celestial body he's convinced he'll find," stated Goodall during her discussion with her interlocutor.
Specific Individuals Targeted
When inquired whether Elon Musk, famous for his controversial gestures and connections, would be among them, Goodall answered affirmatively.
"Certainly, without doubt. He would be the host. Picture who I'd put on that vessel. In addition to Musk would be Trump and several of Trump's loyal adherents," she stated.
"And then I would put Vladimir Putin on board, and I would put China's President Xi. Without question I would add the Israeli leader in there and his administration. Send them all on that spacecraft and dispatch them."
Previous Criticism
This wasn't the first time that Goodall, a champion of ecological preservation, had expressed criticism about the political figure specifically.
In a earlier conversation, she had observed that he displayed "comparable kind of behavior as a dominant primate demonstrates when he's competing for leadership with an opponent. They stand tall, they swagger, they present themselves as much larger and aggressive than they really are in order to intimidate their competitors."
Leadership Styles
During her final interview, Goodall further explained her analysis of alpha personalities.
"We see, remarkably, two categories of dominant individual. The first achieves dominance through pure aggression, and because they're strong and they combat, they don't last for extended periods. The second type succeeds by employing intelligence, like a younger individual will merely oppose a superior one if his ally, typically a relative, is alongside him. And research shows, they endure significantly longer," she detailed.
Collective Behavior
The celebrated primatologist also analyzed the "social dimension" of conduct, and what her comprehensive research had revealed to her about aggressive behaviors displayed by human communities and chimpanzees when faced with something they perceived as hostile, although no danger truly existed.
"Primates encounter an outsider from a neighboring community, and they grow highly agitated, and their fur bristles, and they extend and contact each other, and they display these faces of anger and fear, and it transmits, and the others adopt that emotion that one member has had, and the entire group grows hostile," she explained.
"It spreads rapidly," she noted. "Certain displays that become hostile, it sweeps through them. They all want to get involved and turn violent. They're guarding their area or battling for dominance."
Human Parallels
When inquired if she thought the same dynamics were present in humans, Goodall replied: "Perhaps, on occasion. But I strongly feel that the majority of individuals are good."
"My main objective is nurturing future generations of caring individuals, beginnings and development. But is there sufficient time? I'm uncertain. It's a really grim time."
Historical Context
Goodall, originally from London five years before the beginning of the the global conflict, equated the struggle against the difficulties of present day politics to England opposing the Third Reich, and the "spirit of obstinance" exhibited by the British leader.
"That doesn't mean you don't have periods of sadness, but then you come out and say, 'OK, I refuse to allow their success'," she stated.
"It's similar to the leader in the war, his renowned address, we'll fight them along the shores, we shall battle them in the streets and metropolitan centers, afterward he commented to an associate and allegedly commented, 'and we shall combat them using the fragments of damaged containers since that's everything we've bloody well got'."
Closing Thoughts
In her concluding remarks, Goodall shared motivational statements for those fighting against governmental suppression and the ecological disaster.
"At present, when the world is dark, there still is possibility. Preserve faith. Should optimism fade, you become apathetic and take no action," she counseled.
"And if you wish to protect what is still beautiful in this world – when you wish to save the planet for coming generations, future family, their offspring – then consider the decisions you implement daily. As, replicated a million, a billion times, modest choices will make for significant transformation."
