The unusual Thanksgiving event runs from November 25 through December 22, including no-cost bonus story content for Shadows players.

Mysterious Mission Uncovered

According to the formal release, "An unusual confrontation leads characters Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh mission, where hints of prohibited rituals and monstrous metamorphoses echo through the darkness." The plot presents a "oddly garbed woman named Ada" who charges the characters with venturing into the Crystalline Cavern—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to save her companion from a secret group.

The questline centers on "peculiar tests and a monstrous foe" and is open to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

Familiar Places and Changes

The trailer features the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was formerly where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through generations. The trailer ends with a striking scene showing a character, likely the captive, changing into a Titan that looms over Naoe and Yasuke.

Special Rewards and Bonus Content

Players who accomplish the quest will acquire an special katana alongside several artifacts concealed throughout the area in hidden chests. The update also includes in-store Attack on Titan item packs, including:
